ST. GEORGE, UT VACATION RENTAL

The Lofts at Green Valley is a newer property in St. George, Utah, and was built in 2019. Our unit has over 1800 square feet of space and is an end unit located at the rear of the property which offers more privacy than most other units at The Lofts. It is conveniently located off Dixie Drive on the edge of Green Valley.

The Lofts property amenities include a heated 110-foot resort-style pool area and features, two 19-person hot tubs, a water slide, a waterfall feature, and splash pads. The property also features pickleball courts, a small playground, and a parking area dedicated to trailer parking.

Zion National Park is only an hour away, while Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park are only 20 minutes. You can even pedal right from the property to endless mountain biking trails such as Bearclaw Poppy, Zin-Out, and Barrel. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also a short drive away. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, golfing, shopping, dining, and an abundance of other activities to make it a great vacation experience in Southern Utah. You will also be within walking distance of massage and spa facilities.

Loft20 has had a recent upgrade in all new contemporary furnishings including Tempur-pedic beds with lifts, original artwork, and many other improvements. It features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and lots of outdoor seating. It is a 2-level end unit located at the rear of the property which offers more privacy than most other units at The Lofts. As an end unit, there is easy access to the rear patio where outdoor seating is and secure bike storage which includes the use of two Kryptonite New York 1210 Chain Locks and 2 bike racks bolted to the concrete. For added security and protection of our guests, we have a Ring camera at the front door and a camera on the back patio for guests to monitor their biking gear.

The unit comes with Roku smart TVs that include YouTube TV in every room, and free High Speed (1gb/1TB) Wi-Fi internet access. There is a Sonos sound bar in the living room and Eco Dots in several locations. Pool towels and pickleball equipment are also provided for guests to enjoy. There is an abundance of games, toys, cornhole set up and a large connect 4 on the upper patio off the bunk room. There is patio furniture in all outdoor areas of the unit.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a Wolf coffee maker, Keurig, Wolf countertop convection oven, Wolf Blender, air fryer, breakfast bar, outdoor gas grill, all the cooking basics, spices, coffee beans, tea, creamer, butter pads, and more.

GENERAL: Washer/dryer, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, ceiling fans, central air on the second floor, and split system on the lower level.
