The Lofts at Green Valley is 45 unit property in St. George, Utah, and was built in 2019. Loft20 is an end unite with over 1800 square feet of space. It is conveniently located on the hilltop off Dixie Road and next to one of Southern Utah’s largest BLM land full of ATV, mountain biking, and hiking trails.

The Lofts property amenities include a heated 110-foot resort-style pool area and features, two 19-person hot tubs, a water slide, a waterfall feature, and splash pads. The property also features pickleball courts and a small playground.

Accommodations

The Kitchen

Loft20 kitchen is fully equipped with a modern Wolf coffee maker, blender, and convection oven. Keurig, air fryer, breakfast bar, outdoor gas grill, spices, coffee beans, tea, creamer, sweeteners, and more. Pretty much anything you would need if you planned to cook during your stay.

Bedrooms

Loft20 features four bedrooms with furnishings such as Tempur-Pedic mattresses, Echo dots and phone docking stations. The lower-level master has a queen bed. The upper level features a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with one bunk bed. All linens are provided. 

Living Spaces

Loft20's  modern additions include dimmable lighting, modern light fixtures, and window treatments providing a private environment. The tasteful amenities elevate the quality of the unit.

Bathrooms

Loft20 has three and a half bathrooms. The lower-level master has a bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The lower level also has a half bathroom. The rest of the bathrooms are upstairs.
